SUTIL -- A Stochastic Programming Utility Library

SUTIL is a C and C++ library to help users build and manipulate stochastic programs. SUTIL was written by Joe Czyzyk of Northwestern University and Jeff Linderoth and Jierui Shen of Lehigh University.
